E-Commerce Pricing

All prices reflect U.S. dollars. We have made every effort to match our brick-and-mortar pricing to our online store. In the event that the local price and our website price do not match, the website price will supersede the local price for online orders.

Prices are subject to change; however, we do our best to keep them current. GnBSells reserves the right to refuse any order.

Pricing Errors

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of pricing displayed on our website, human error is occasionally unavoidable. Pricing listed is not guaranteed, and submission of your order does not bind us to honor said pricing.

If pricing on your order is found to be incorrect:

  • Your order will be halted
  • Your credit card will not be charged
  • No funds will be accepted or collected
  • No transaction shall occur

We will notify you by email if such an error has occurred. You are under no obligation to purchase the item at the corrected price, and no such offer will be made.

Pricing errors will be corrected the same business day they are discovered.

Returns

Products may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Security packaging or seals must not be broken

A credit will be issued after the product has been received, inspected, and found to be in resalable condition.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returns not due to damage, defect, or shipment error. If the manufacturer’s restocking fee is greater than 20%, the manufacturer’s fee will apply.

Credit will only be applied to the product cost. Shipping and expediting charges are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. Call 1-409-832-3409 to request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#)
  2. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the package
  3. Unauthorized returns will be refused
  4. Ship returns prepaid to the address below
